Breezy HR pricing is quite flexible, with five plans, including a free one to cater to your growing business needs. You’ll also get a free trial on all paid plans and won’t need to enter a long-term contract to access Breezy HR features. Users who opt to pay annually instead of month-to-month will receive two free months each year; a savings of nearly 17%.

Bootstrap Plan

Breezy HR offers a free Bootstrap plan with the basics of a recruitment process for one position. The plan allows unlimited users, multiple languages and provides customer support to SMBs. You’ll get a branded career site and can distribute to more than 50 job boards.

However, if you want to create and manage several active positions, note that you cannot do that on Breezy HR’s free plan. You would first need to close or archive an active listing to be able to create a new one.

Startup Plan

For $171 a month or a discounted fee of $143 on an annual plan, users will access Bootstrap’s features and more enhanced tools. This Startup plan includes helpful candidate automation, background screening integrations to aid background checks, customizable pipeline stages to aid workflows, live video meetings you can record and use for candidate assessments and real-time analytics & reporting for major recruiting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You’ll also be able to integrate emails, calendars, Slack and candidates can pick their interview times with the interview self-scheduling feature. Access these features on your desktop or via iOS and Android mobile devices.

Growth Plan

Breezy HR’s most popular plan is the Growth plan, which is suitable for growing teams. For $299 per month on the monthly payment package and $249 if you choose the annual payment package, you’ll pack newer features alongside those of lower tiers. These extra features include automated reference checking with customizable questions, customizable interview guides, customizable scorecards for candidate comparison, a custom referral portal, external recruiter support from third-party recruiting agencies and multiple recruiting pipelines.

Also, you can engage candidates via Hello Messenger and candidates can sign documents online with Breezy Growth plan’s feature, e-signatures.

Business Plan

The Business Plan is Breezy HR’s highest-priced plan, accessible at $399 or $479, depending on your payment package. This plan gives you ultimate hiring control and allows flexibility during the recruitment process. It adds features, such as custom roles and permissions, candidate comparison, candidate nurture campaigns, job approvals, offer approvals and general offer management to its package.

You can also set up fully customizable recruitment workflows and integrate them with apps, such as Criteria Corp, HackerRank and Zenefits, for prescreening and data collection.
