Portfolio Reviews are such an important life changing experience for young artists that never get the chance to meet experts in our fields. This year the reviews will be online because we experienced that digital portfolio reviews could be even more inclusive giving the possibility to participate to artists from every background and region of the world. The day of the review will be Saturday November 5th.
This year, we joined our scouting mission with our mentoring efforts, offering to some of the artists selected from our global and local open calls the possibility to show their portfolios and get advice from experts all around the world. We feel that this approach is more meaningful and can really make a difference in the artists lives, as not only will their work be exhibited at the Festival, but also they will get the chance to to discuss their work in in-depth 1 on 1 sessions.
PhotoVogue is about empowering and giving opportunities to artists from every background and region of the world. If we are able to do this is also thanks to the contribution and generosity of visual experts from the broader international visual community.
We will soon publish the names of the artists selected for the reviews, while today we share with you the names of our wonderful reviewers:
